Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TRA Academy website at tra-academy.com and enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

About TRA Academy

TRA Academy is an Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) approved real estate school (School Approval Number: S25-0020) offering in-person pre-licensing courses in Yuma, Arizona. Our courses are designed to prepare students for the Arizona real estate salesperson licensing examination.

Enrollment and Payment

Course Registration

By enrolling in a course through our website, you are committing to a purchase of educational services. All enrollments are subject to seat availability. We reserve the right to limit class sizes to maintain our standard of education.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars.
• Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless an alternative arrangement has been made directly with TRA Academy.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Klarna (Pay in 4 interest-free installments) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
• Promotional codes and discounts may be offered at our discretion and are subject to terms specified at the time of the promotion.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full refund: If you cancel your enrollment 7 or more calendar days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund.
• 50% refund: If you cancel 3–6 calendar days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
• No refund: Cancellations made less than 3 calendar days before the course start date, or after the course has begun, are not eligible for a refund.
• Course rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your enrolled session, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session at no additional cost, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 3 calendar days before the course start date.
• TRA Academy cancellations: In the unlikely event that TRA Academy cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Course Attendance and Conduct

Attendance Requirements

Per ADRE regulations, students must complete the full required hours of instruction to be eligible for course completion. Attendance is tracked for each class session. Students who miss sessions may be required to make up hours or re-enroll in a future course.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time for all class sessions.
• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to the first class.
• Maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.
• Refrain from any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty.

TRA Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is disruptive or violates these standards, without a refund.

Textbooks and Materials

Course materials (textbook) are included with your enrollment. You may pick up your textbook at our office prior to the course start date or on the first day of class. Textbooks remain the property of the student after the course.

Course Completion and Certification

Upon successful completion of all required coursework and hours, students will receive a certificate of completion as required by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. This certificate is necessary to apply for the state licensing examination. TRA Academy does not guarantee passage of the state exam.

Website Use

Intellectual Property

All content on the TRA Academy website - including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials - is the property of TRA Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, course dates, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

Limitation of Liability

TRA Academy provides educational services and does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to passage of the Arizona real estate licensing examination or employment in the real estate industry. Our courses are designed to prepare you for the exam, but success depends on individual effort and preparation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRA Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yuma County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
